RadioDays makes announcements for North American and Asian shows

RadioDays North America, RadioDays Asia

The RadioDays show franchise is pushing news on two of its upcoming shows.

Next month’s RadioDays North America has a full, broad spectrum lineup for the show, June 2–4 in Toronto at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. Packaged with the even is the Podcast Power-Up Summit.

RadioDays Asia, scheduled for Sept. 2–4, at the Royal Chulan in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is coming together and publicizing plans on speakers and content. The first confirmed speakers are Shah Hayatudin, Emily Kwong and Jake Abdullah.

Hayatudin is group network director at Media Prima Audio, a large, if not the largest, multimedia company in Malaysia. It has a significant presence in radio.

Kwong is founder and co-host of the “Short Wave” podcast from America’s National Public Radio.

Abdullah is a strategy advisor also at Media Prima Audio with three decades of radio experience.

The RadioDays Asia organizers have mentioned a few topics they are building around: “Successful Radio Promotions” and (obviously) “New Tech – New Platforms.” They are interested in hearing pitches and suggestions for speakers and topics.
